Our stay here was good, brilliant base for exploring Charlotte. The staff were caring, and the room was brand-new with 1 queen bed, a clean jacuzzi, as example. The breakfast had plenty of food, like yoghourt and slices of fresh bread.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a perfectly pleasant stay. The pool was clean too. The hotel was a cozy base for enjoying a pretty nice area. Fine and adequate breakfast with plenty of slices of fresh bread and yogurt.

Welcoming location, non-smoking room, big size bathroom. Hotel was immaculately clean. The bed was comfortable & the stuff there where helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed Charlotte, the property was good budget!

Perfect location, fine and comfortable rooms and wonderful staff. All in all it's overall clean place, they have soft beds.

Unfortunately wi-fi was a bit slow.

Welcoming staff, good hot breakfast, excellent location. The room was fairly quiet as requested. It was exceptionally clean and everything was perfectly fine. Friendly service within 25 km of the airport.

The place was accommodating and fairly clean. The staff were COURTEOUS and provided us with info about Charlotte tourist sites. Early check-in was a bonus.
